Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality in-home care to patients across our service area. You will work as part of a compassionate team delivering clinically excellent outcomes and supportive care in patients' homes.

We offer flexible scheduling options (full-time, part-time, or PRN), 24/7 local support, paid training, and opportunities for skill advancement. A tablet-based documentation system is used for patient records.

Qualificações

• Must have active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to patients' homes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor patient condition and document changes in the chart.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to children and adults.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
