Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled in-home nursing care in a high-tech home setting. You will work with diverse patients, manage complex care plans, and document care using a tablet in each patient’s home.

We support flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), 24/7 local clinical support, and opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. Prior home health experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home skilled nursing care to patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care.
• Collaborate with family and healthcare team for care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and medications.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
