Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a 1099 contract in Shamrock, TX to administer patient care at the patient’s residence. The schedule is 8 hours per month, with compensation at $40–$42 per hour.

Required: valid RN license, CPR certification, willingness to TB test, and dependable transportation. At least 1 year of RN experience in clinical or home health settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintain required professional liability insurance and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute physician-prescribed plans of care.
• Complete compliant documentation of care provided.
• Manage and administer prescribed medications and therapies.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Communicate with family, physicians, and case managers.
• Provide one-on-one in-home nursing care.
• Collaborate with CNAs and PCA staff.
• Perform other personal care services as needed.

Position: RN (contract) Location: Shamrock, TX Compensation: $40-42/hour Hours: 8 hours/month

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in the Shamrock, TX area to administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient's residence.

Schedule: 8 hours/month, perfect for those looking for PRN opportunities or supplemental hours! Potential for other patients/hours in the surrounding area.

• Execute physician-prescribed plans of care
• Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record
• Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies
• Perform various activities associated with daily living
• Monitor for changes in the patient's condition, such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, and indicators of disease progression
• Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the patient's health
• Work with patients is done one-on-one in the patient's home to provide a comfortable environment
• Collaborate with and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Attendants
• Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needs
• Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse
• 1+ years of experience as an RN in a clinical or home health setting
• Current CPR certification
• Willing to get TB tested
• Maintain required insurance
• Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to the patient's home
