Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where clinician will practice.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in patients' home environment.
• Assess and monitor infants with high-acuity needs (trach/vent, G-tube).
• Administer medications and document care using electronic systems.
• Collaborate with family and care team to ensure safe, effective care.
