Elevate Care Providers LLC is urgently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses for Private Duty Nursing in Boonville, Missouri. We seek compassionate, dependable, professional nurses for one-on-one home care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, G tube care, seizure and respiratory monitoring, and thorough nursing documentation while following physician plans of care and communicating with families and the Elevate team.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri LPN or RN license or eligible Compact Nursing License.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Ability to complete required background screenings.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Private Duty Nursing pediatric nursing or home care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the client’s home.
• Administer medications as ordered.
• G tube feeding and G tube care when required.
• Monitor for seizures and follow seizure precautions.
• Provide respiratory monitoring when required.
• Trach care, suctioning, BiPAP or ventilator care when required.
• Monitor vital signs and changes in condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation.
• Follow physician orders in the Plan of Care.
• Communicate with family and Elevate Care Providers regarding changes or concerns.

Requirements
