Qualifications

• Current credentials as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• AHA-BLS CPR course completion required.
• At least 1 year of experience or willingness to participate in training program.

Pediatric Home Health Nurse (LPN or RN) |Sarver, 16055

Hours: 61h/w

Pay Rate: $32/hr

Days: Monday thru Friday 8a-5p

Days: Friday & Saturday 11p-7a

Ideal Candidates will be expected to:

• Follow an individualized home health plan of care
• Monitor all aspects of a patient’s home health plan of care as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient home health plan of care
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) maintain accurate, detailed reports via an electronic medical record

Qualifications

• Current credentials as either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant, Child & Adult)
• FBI and Child AbuseClearances (provided by eKidzCare, if needed)
• Recent Two-Step Tuberculosis test (One Year Shelf Life), Chest X-ray (6 Month Shelf Life) or Blood Test (Upon Hire)
• Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as aRegistered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)or must be willing to participate in theeKidzCare New Grad Training Program
