Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home nursing care to patients under private duty arrangements. You will document care on a tablet, collaborate with clinicians, and support families while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Flexibility is offered with full-time, part-time or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. The role requires an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state and reliable transportation for

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months nursing experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)

• Must have reliable transportation
