Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is looking for Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) in Massachusetts for private duty home care. You will provide compassionate nursing services in patients' homes, coordinate care, and document outcomes with a patient‑centered approach.

We offer flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, or PRN—with days, nights, and weekend shifts to fit your availability. Excellent support from clinicians and local operators is provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)

• Must have reliable transportation
