Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide compassionate in-home nursing care to diverse patients. You will collaborate with families and clinicians to deliver safe, high-quality care in patients' homes and support positive clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component, with help available after hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
