Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for in-home care in Ligonier, PA. This role offers night shift options (11pm-6am) and a flexible schedule to fit your availability.

You will provide compassionate in-home care, administer medications, and monitor patient status while documenting through a handheld tablet. Join a national leader in private duty nursing focused on outcomes and caregiver support.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where practicing.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in Ligonier.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Document care electronically using Aveanna tablets in the patient’s home.
