Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our private duty homecare team in the United States. We offer a supportive culture, a tablet in each patient’s home for electronic documentation, and opportunities for skill advancement and paid training.

We provide flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, or PRN—with days, nights, and weekend shifts. Our compensation aligns with market rates for LPNs in homecare and we pride ourselves on caring for patients

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days of residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients as assigned by the clinical team.
• Document care activities using electronic systems when in the patient home.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
