Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, seeks experienced private duty nurses for in-home, one-to-one care with VIP clients. Pay starts at $40+/hour on a 1099 contract with weekly pay and flexible scheduling across client homes in California.

You control when and where you work, selecting cases that fit your expertise. Must hold an active LVN license, CPR/BLS, and be eligible to work in the U.S. This role emphasizes autonomy, high-quality care, and discretion.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in good standing.
• 2+ years nursing experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care (ADLs, meds, wound care).
• Coordinate supplies, DME, and transport to appointments.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate with families and physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
