Qualifications

• Must have an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) optional assistance after hire.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months is required.
• Reliable transportation is required for in-home visits.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
