Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LVN for 1:1 home-based care in Santa Maria, CA. Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm shifts, with options across full-time, part-time, and PRN. You will provide direct patient care in patients' homes and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure personalized plans.

Requirements include an active LVN license and current BLS certification. Preferred candidates have 1+ year of nursing experience.
