Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed LVN to provide one-to-one nursing care in patients' homes in Clovis, CA. You will work evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) delivering direct patient care to adults and pediatric patients with G-tube/tracheostomy/ventilator support.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, administering medications, documenting care, and coordinating with the healthcare team. Excellent scheduling flexibility and ongoing clinical support are provided by Maxim.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.
