Maxim Healthcare in Fresno, CA seeks an LVN to provide direct, in-home nursing care and support for pediatric and other patients. You will monitor conditions, administer treatments, and ensure care plans are followed, delivering compassionate, 1:1 services.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
• Home-based care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
