Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring LPNs for private duty home health care in Shamokin and surrounding towns. Nurses provide one-to-one client care, travel to client homes, and document physician orders.

There are day, night, and weekend options with premium pay, plus paid orientation and ongoing training. Opportunities include full-time, part-time and PRN roles with competitive home care pay based on case, shift and skill level.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program as indicated by transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes for visits on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders and interventions.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions and document observations.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:
