Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. seeks a dedicated registered nurse to join our private duty home health team in the Pocono region. You will provide hands-on nursing care to clients in their homes, document orders, and monitor client conditions.

This role emphasizes autonomy, one-on-one client care, and building trusted relationships. BAYADA offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• MAR-EPA.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

Our Pocono Skilled Nursing Office is interested in a nurse who has a passion for care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability .

We have several clients who need nursing care during day light hours Monday-Friday; part time and full time availability at home and school!

• Traditional shifts (4's, 8's, 10's or 12's)
