BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for private duty home health care with flexible schedules across Wellsboro and Tioga County. You will travel to local client homes, follow doctors’ orders, perform assessments, and document observations and interventions with care and professionalism.

The role offers paid orientation, ongoing training, and opportunities for scholarship and advancement within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
