Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring LPNs for private duty home health in Middleburg and surrounding towns. You will travel to client homes on schedules you choose, follow orders, and document care while performing assessments and monitoring client conditions.

We offer paid orientation, competitive home care pay by case and skill level, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
