Qualifications

• Current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• CPR professional certification.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home Health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care following the client's plan of care.
• Administer medications and document nursing actions.
• Coordinate supplies and ensure patient needs are met.
