Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Cordova, TN team in a full-time capacity. The role centers on delivering 1:1 in-home nursing care per each client’s plan, while maintaining the client’s dignity and independence.

You will administer medications and treatments, document nursing actions, and communicate with families, case managers, and physicians.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one patient care per plan of care while preserving dignity.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed.
• Document nursing actions and communicate changes to family, case manager, and physicians.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure availability.
• Ensure patient needs are met according to physician instructions.
