Private Duty - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Days

Join Adoration Health as a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Days and provide personalized in-home care to pediatric patients in the Sweetwater/Philadelphia, TN area.

Position Overview

This is a PRN, 12-hour day shift position (7:00am – 7:00pm), focusing on pediatric private duty cases. You will deliver in-home care, not facility-based.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing procedures within LPN scope
• Educate patients and families as outlined by RN
• Monitor vital signs and record observations
• Manage intake and output, report changes
• Assess and document physical and mental conditions
• Administer medications as instructed and document accordingly
• Participate in team meetings and educational programs

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in good standing
• Previous experience in private duty, home health, hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing preferred
• Active CPR certification
• Familiarity with electronic health records
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
