Join our team at Adoration Health as a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Days and provide compassionate, one-on-one care for a pediatric patient in the comfort of their home. This full-time role offers steady day shifts Monday through Friday, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while delivering specialized nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice
• Provide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RN
• Monitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observations
• Monitor and record intake and output; report significant changes immediately
• Observe, assess, and record patient's physical and mental condition and report any changes
• Administer medications as instructed and ordered by the physician, documenting accordingly
• Attend and participate in multidisciplinary patient case conferences, staff meetings, and in-service education programs as assigned

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license in good standing
• Previous private duty, home health, hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Active CPR certification
• Familiarity with electronic health records
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance
