Join our team at Adoration Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private duty home care. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your LPN skills while providing one-on-one care to individuals in their homes.

Job Details

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing procedures within LPN scope of practice
• Provide patient and family education as outlined by RN
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions
• Record intake and output, report significant changes
• Assess and document physical and mental status
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician and instructed by the RN
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR certification
• Previous experience in home health, private duty, skilled nursing, or hospital setting preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license with current auto insurance
