Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for private duty work in the Knoxville, TN area. You will provide one-on-one care in patients0homes, support daily living activities, and document care under RN supervision.

Opportunities include Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN shifts (days, nights, overnights) with benefits and the chance to advance within a growing home-health team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record
• CNA certification per state licensure
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and flexibly move for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks
• Assist with basic grooming, feeding, ambulation and health monitoring
• Handle home management tasks including light housekeeping and shopping
