Job summary

Adoration Health in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time night shift. You will provide one-to-one patient care in the home setting under RN supervision, documenting care and supporting daily living activities.

The role requires CNA certification where state licensure applies, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. This position offers flexibility and stable scheduling within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• CNA certification, if required by state licensure.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Aid with basic personal hygiene, grooming, feeding and ambulation.
• Perform home management tasks including basic housekeeping and shopping.
