Job summary

Adoration Health in Manchester, TN is seeking a Private Duty CNA to provide patient-centered care in home settings. You will work under RN supervision, complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR, and assist with personal care and home management tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• CNA certification as required by state licensure.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under RN supervision.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• This includes basic hygiene, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring and related tasks.
