Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty CNA to provide patient-centered care in the Chattanooga/Pikeville, TN area. You will work under a Registered Nurse and document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.

The role emphasizes 1:1 care, independence with team support, and regular shifts (days). A valid CNA certification and driver’s license are required, with lifting up to 75 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be CN A or Home Health Aide certified per state licensure.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand, walk for periods of time.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Include basic hygiene, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring and related tasks.
