Job summary

Adoration Health, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty CNA to provide 1:1 patient-centered care in Murfreesboro, TN. The role covers evenings and weekends with a flexible part-time schedule.

You will document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with a RN and the care team. This position offers competitive benefits, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth within a compassionate, community-focused home health

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• CNA certification or licensure as a CNA/Home Health Aide as required by state.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and to sit, stand, and walk for periods; able to bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care under RN supervision.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Support basic hygiene, grooming, feeding and ambulation; monitor health needs.
• Assist with housekeeping, shopping, and related tasks as needed.
