Job summary

Adoration Health in Friendship, TN is seeking a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered home care under RN supervision. Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant licensed in the state.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and monitoring.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform duties safely.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care under RN supervision.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare EMR.
• Assist with personal care, grooming, feeding, ambulation.
• Support with basic home management tasks as needed.
