Adoration Health in Friendship, TN is seeking a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered home care under RN supervision. This full-time role offers stable hours, supportive teamwork, and opportunities to grow with Adoration Health, a BrightSpring Health Services partner serving the local community.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to dignity and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant licensed in the state.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and monitoring.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform duties safely.
• 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care, grooming, feeding, ambulation.
• Support with basic home management tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
