Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient-centered care in Tiptonville, TN. This part-time role offers daytime shifts and is based in the home care setting, with teamwork support and regular opportunities for growth within a growing company.

You will perform ADL support, documentation, and basic health monitoring while working closely with a Registered Nurse to ensure quality care in the home environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• CNA certification or state-certified Home Health Aide as applicable
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care under RN supervision
• Complete documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with personal care and home management tasks
• Assist with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and basic health monitoring
• Perform basic housekeeping and shopping assistance as part of home care
