Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty CNA for Winchester, TN. Part-Time; Days. Responsibilities include 1:1 patient care and documentation, with a focus on dignity and independence for clients at home.

You will work 9:00am–2:00pm, Monday–Friday, providing care under a RN, with a supportive team and growing opportunities. Must be 18+, hold CNA certification, and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care tasks.

Education

CNA Certification or Home Health Aide Certification
