Job summary

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in Oklahoma City is seeking a relationship-driven Sales Manager for Ramsay’s Kitchen to drive private dining and events revenue. You will cultivate concierge relationships, hotel partnerships and local networks to grow reservations and event business.

You will manage the sales cycle from inquiry through proposals and contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute activations and client experiences across Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in restaurant, hotel, hospitality or events sales, account development or business development.

Responsibilities

• Grow group revenue by prospecting and converting corporate events, business dinners, private celebrations, group dining and other locally relevant occasions.
• Own the sales cycle from inquiry to site tours, proposals, contract formation and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Build long-term client accounts, reactivate past bookers and develop repeat and referral business.
• Develop relationships with hotel concierges, front-office teams and local hospitality contacts to drive incremental reservations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Restaurant Operations and Culinary to shape local marketing activations and events.
• Maintain timely records of leads, client communication, contracts and BEOs in Tripleseat and company systems.
