Job summary

Ramsay’s Kitchen in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sales Manager for Private Dining & Events to drive private event revenue and reservations through proactive sales and curated concierge relationships.

You will develop corporate and social demand across OKC, focusing on business dining, client entertaining and group occasions, while collaborating with Marketing, Operations and Culinary teams to deliver standout experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant/hospitality/events sales or business development.
• Strong local network in Oklahoma City business/hospitality events.
• Proactive sales mindset with prospecting, hosting and market presence.

Responsibilities

• Grow group revenue by targeting corporate events, business dinners, private celebrations and group dining.
• Own the sales cycle from inquiry to contract and BEO preparation.
• Build long-term client accounts and reactive past bookers to drive repeat business.
• Develop concierge relationships with hotel concierges and local hospitality contacts.
