The Private Dining & Events Manager, under the direction of the General Manager or Manager-on-Duty, is responsible for booking high volumes of repeat catering and private dining events, as well as pursuing off-site catering opportunities. This role involves coordinating event details, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining communication with guests and staff to deliver exceptional service. The role also includes networking and promoting the brand within the community.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
