Job summary

Mission Staffing is seeking an Investment Associate to underwrite and execute fund-level investments across private credit secondaries, fund financing, and co-investments. You will analyze LP-led and GP-led opportunities and present recommendations to senior staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of related investment experience, with strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic record.
• 2–4 years in relevant investment or advisory experience.
• Solid grounding in accounting, credit and valuation concepts.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, execute, and monitor fund-level investment opportunities across private credit.
• Evaluate credit secondaries, fund financing, and co-investment opportunities.
• Analyze LP-led and GP-led transactions across direct lending, opportunistic, distressed, and special situations strategies.
• Perform financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and due diligence on prospective investments.
• Prepare investment recommendations and present findings to senior investment professionals.
• Support investment sourcing, execution, portfolio monitoring, and client-facing initiatives.
