CCaventus seeks a finance professional to monitor private credit portfolios, underwrite new opportunities, and prepare valuations. You will build cash flow models, assess covenant compliance, and support reporting for management and investment committees.

The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration with legal, valuation, and accounting teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related experience in private credit or related field.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Experience building and maintaining financial models.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio of private credit investments and review covenants.
• Underwrite new opportunities and re-underwrite existing portfolio companies.
• Prepare portfolio monitoring reports and KPI dashboards.
• Support deal structuring, amendments, and waivers with the deal team.
• Draft investment committee memoranda and coordinate with advisors.
