Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of leveraged finance experience.
• Admitted to practice in the state in which the candidate is officing.
• Direct experience with an AmLaw 100 firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
• Draft legal documents including briefs and contracts.
• Assist in complex cases from start to finish.
