Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in private credit/finance at a recognized law firm or equivalent legal experience.
- Demonstrated lending experience with borrower-side exposure preferred.
- General experience with a variety of financing transactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle private credit and finance matters with expertise.
- Engage in lending transactions, including borrower-side exposure.
- Manage financing transactions such as cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations.
- Contribute to asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts.
