Job summary

Bay Harbor Yacht Club, a private club near Petoskey, MI, seeks a part-time Server to deliver impeccable food and beverage service to members and guests. You should know our menus and wine offerings, with 1–2 years in the F&B industry and a hospitality-focused mindset.

We offer growth opportunities and training in wine service for both indoor and outdoor environments. Evening shifts are available, with a lunch shift on Saturdays, and base pay is $7 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in food & beverage preferred.
• Knowledge of menu and wine list is expected.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide attention.
• Be knowledgeable about menu, drinks and wine offerings.
• Upsell daily specials and menu items.
• Take orders accurately and note any allergies or preferences.
• Communicate with kitchen and management as needed.
• Keep dining areas clean and properly set according to reservations.
