Job summary

River Dunes Marina & Harbor Club is seeking full and part-time servers and bartenders to provide an exceptional dining experience at the Harbor Club, pool, and during special events. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure accurate billing in the POS system while maintaining high standards of service.

Ideal candidates will have a strong guest-service mindset, the ability to upsell beverages, and basic knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Server experience preferred; luxury/private club background a plus.
• Basic knowledge of liquor, beer and wine.
• General computer knowledge (POS, Jonas, Breezeway).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet owners and guests, provide pleasant and professional services.
• Present menus, take orders, and upsell beverages.
• Record all sales in POS and ensure accurate payment.
• Maintain cleanliness and help with sidework and setup.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
