Job summary

Meadowbrook Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic A la Carte Server to join our private club dining team in Ballwin, Missouri. You will deliver warm, professional service to Members and their guests in our dining rooms and patio, while maintaining knowledge of our menus and standards of service.

This full-time or part-time role requires punctuality, reliability, and a friendly attitude. Weekend and holiday availability is important, and Hepatitis A vaccination proof is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, country club, hotel, or hospitality is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience valued.
• Hepatitis A vaccination proof is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, attentive service to Members and guests.
• Greet Members and guide them through the dining experience using steps of service.
• Take ownership of your section and tables from greeting to farewell.
• Develop knowledge of menus to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Set up, maintain, and break down dining areas and stations.
• Maintain urgency and a positive attitude on the floor.
• Store food and service items safely and keep dining rooms and patio clean.
• Support banquet functions by reviewing BEOs and following instructions.
• Collaborate with A La Carte and Banquet staff to anticipate Member needs.
• Meet established standards for quality, service, and efficiency.
