Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL is seeking a Private Club Server for part-time shifts (mornings, days, evenings, weekends). You will deliver an expertly served beverage or dining experience to Private Club members, anticipate needs, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring an outgoing personality, strong food and wine knowledge, and preferably luxury resort/hotel experience.

About the role:

The Private Club Server provides exceptional quality and service to Private Club members. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the members' needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What you will do:

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.

What you bring:

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset.
