Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL, is seeking a Champagne Bar Server Assistant to support the Food Server in delivering a flawless dining experience.

You will clear and reset tables, anticipate guest needs, and ensure accuracy of orders from the kitchen. This role suits someone with at least two years in food service and a passion for luxury hospitality. We offer competitive pay, extensive training, employee meals, and generous benefits.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silverware for service in a discreet manner.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Pick up food items from kitchen, check order for accuracy and quality before delivering and serve guest.
• Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silverware, and paper goods for service; fill salt, pepper shakers, replenish sugars; prepare bread service breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas.

About the role:

The Champagne Bar Server Assistant position assists the Food Server in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.

What you will do:
