Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL, is seeking a Champagne Bar Server to deliver an expert beverage and dining experience.

Join the Food & Beverage team under the Bar Manager, bringing an outgoing personality, deep knowledge of food and wine, and prior luxury resort experience as assets. Full-time schedule includes mornings, days, evenings, and weekends in a beachside setting.

Qualifications

About The Role

The Champagne Bar Server provides exceptional quality and service to Champagne Bar guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences. This role is part of the Food & Beverage team, reporting into the Bar Manager.

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.

What You Bring

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
