Edgewood Country Club in Charleston, WV is seeking friendly, professional Restaurant Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. The role focuses on attentive dining service for members and guests in a refined club setting, with emphasis on creating a welcoming, polished atmosphere.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining dining room standards. The position supports the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Friendly, positive and professional demeanor is expected.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with a team.
• Willingness to learn menu knowledge and club service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food, beverages, and desserts according to club service standards.
• Respond knowledgeably to questions about menu items and offerings.
• Maintain dining room standards and ensure prompt, attentive service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Assist with table setup, resetting, and dining room cleanliness.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and management staff.
• Process member charges and payments as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service procedures.
