The role involves washing and sanitizing dishes, operating dishwashing equipment safely, and helping with general cleaning and sanitation tasks, with availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must show a strong work ethic and reliability.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Attention to cleanliness, organization and detail.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Lift and carry items up to ~30 pounds.
• Dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and kitchen areas
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning, including floors, trash removal, and sanitation tasks
• Ensure proper handling and storage of clean dishes and kitchen equipment
• Support kitchen staff with additional duties as needed

Edgewood Country Club is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment that supports our chefs and service staff and helps deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in keeping work areas clean and running smoothly.

Position Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as maintaining cleanliness throughout the dish and kitchen areas. This position works closely with the culinary team to support daily operations and event service.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and kitchen areas
