Desert Mountain Club in North Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a Server to deliver memorable guest experiences across multiple clubhouses. You will greet guests, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in beverage service while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

• Provide a high-level dining experience as a family serving family.
• Use name recognition and personalized service to foster loyal guests.
• Follow the three steps of service: warm welcome, friendly service, and fond farewell.
• Answer questions about events and club happenings professionally.
• Keep service areas clean and presentable; maintain clubhouse facilities.
• Support fellow servers and take on additional duties as needed.
